A cute sensory art project that teaches that glue is sticky and feathers are soft while allowing your kiddos to express their creativity to create a beautifully unique Thanksgiving turkey!
You can download this page for free here…
…add some glue and feathers, and you’ve got a fun sensory Thanksgiving art project for your toddlers!
With the title “Sticky Turkey” on the page you’ve added a simple language component! You can also say “gobble gobble!” while writing “gobble gobble” on the paper which is a great language recognition technique called dictation required by many early childhood education programs!
This project also boosts their fine motor skills by squeezing the glue bottle (I do hand-over-hand for toddler age kiddos)…
by grasping and pinching feathers…
and engaging hand-eye coordination!
Gobble gobble!
